Pallet Racking

Pallet racking is a heavy duty, strong, robust and versatile solution to warehouse storage/large store applications for heavy and bulk items with ease. Installations are adaptable for storage solutions and can be added to as your storage needs grow.

The unique fit between the upright and claw gives pallet racking incredible strength and rigidity. Along with the heavy duty ‘box profile’ beam which ensures it will meet the most rigorous demands. Frame kits available for UK and Euro Pallets together with accessories including fork spacers and pallet support bars.

• Standard heights (mm) - 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000 & 6000

• Standard widths (mm) - 1350, 2225, 2700 & 3300

• Strong ‘box’ profile beam –  secure 5no finger beam design with complete with locking pins

• Wooden slatted shelf panels and steel panels are are available and include deck supports to match beam capacities

• Maximum bay load of up to  - 12000kgs

• Maximum shelf UDL up to – 3790Kgs (beam pairs)

Standard colours are steel galvanized upright frames with powder coated steel beams to RAL1003 yellow.
